Please register your child through our online registration system (Oasys). Grade level is what determines division assignment, not date of birth.  Please make sure your child is registered in the appropriate division using his/her grade level as a guide. If you would like your child to play up/above grade level or play down/below grade level, please email us with your request.  Ch Jr will place all children based on grade level (Pre-Ks in U5; Ks in U6 etc) unless we hear from you in advance.  Please note that in U5-U6-U8, if your child is playing up, we ask that a parent be a head or co-coach if at all possible.

You can now mark what day or days your child can practice (for U8-U18). You can also make a request (not a demand) for up to two (2) friends to be placed on the same team. The first two names will be the only ones considered in your friend request. There is a space for special requests as well. We take all this into account when forming teams.

Please note for children U14 and younger: If your child is rostered on a non-recreation club level soccer team or program (academy or classic), he or she cannot play on a recreation team with CJSF as a player or guest. A player can play on both a CJSF and a school team. For U18, there are specific eligibility requirements (limit of two classic players per team; no same season rec play with JV or V) in the MARS scheduling league http://marsoccer.org where our U14 and U18 CJSF teams play.
