Online registration is the main way to register for programs. Grade level determines division assignment, not date of birth. Please make sure your child is registered in the appropriate division for his/her grade level. If you would like your child to play up/above grade level or play down/below grade level, please email us with your request. Ch Jr will automatically sort all children based on grade level after registration-Junior Kindergartners in the JK program, Kindergartners in K program, etc-unless we hear from you in advance regarding playing up or down and it is approved. Please note that in the JK and K programs, if you child is playing up, a parent must be part of the coaching team as either head or co-coach.
You must now mark what day or days your child can practice (for U8-U18). You can make a request (not a demand) for up to two (2) friends to be placed on the same team. The first two names will be the only ones considered in your friend request.
Please note for children U8-U18: If your child is registered with a Club-either US Club or NCYSA in academy/challenge/ classic- he or she cannot also play on a Ch Jr recreation team. They must choose to participate in one or the other. A player can play on both a CJSF and a school team. This also applied to guest players-no Club players can guest play Ch Jr recreation soccer.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to request specific practice day/days and up to two buddies. If you have a special situation, please email us directly. We will work with you to make sure your child is in the right division and team for his/her age and abilities and needs.
REGISTRATION DATES: Spring 2021 registrations will be accepted from Jan 1 through Feb 12 with a fee of $150. Applications received after Feb 12 will be placed on teams if spaces are available and be charged a $10 late fee ($160). If your child cannot be placed on a team or is withdrawn before the official start of the season, a full refund check will be sent to the registered parent.
