Please register your child through our online registration system Oasys Sports. GRADE LEVEL (1st, 5th etc) determines division assignment, not date of birth or age at registration.  Please make sure to register your child in the appropriate division using his/her grade level as a guide. If you would like your child to play up/above grade level or play down/below grade level, please email us with your request.  Ch Jr will sort all players based on grade level after registration unless we hear from you in advance and it is approved.  Please note that in the JK  and K divisions, if your child is approved by CJ to play up (above grade level), a parent must be a coach. We also make few if any exceptions for children born after 12/31/17. Note that players usually play fall and spring seasons in the same division and move up to the next division in the fall, just like school.

You can now mark what day or days your child can practice (for U8-U18). You can also make a request (not a demand) for up to two (2) friends to be placed on the same team. The first two names will be the only ones considered in your friend request. 

Note for Club or Classic Players U8-U18: If your child is registered with a Club-either US Club or NCYSA in academy/challenge/ classic- he or she cannot play on a Ch Jr recreation team . They must choose to participate in one or the other. If a player is registered to play club, they are registered for the entire year and cannot play recreation in the off season or same season. A player can play on both a CJSF team and a school team. This also applies to guest players-no club players allowed. 

NEW USER: Below is an outline of the steps you will easily go through to complete your registration:

  • STEP 1: Create a User Name & Password - Be sure your Password meets the requirements.
  • STEP 2: Enter YOUR personal information - you will be the primary account holder for your family.  You can add an additional parent/guardian prior to completing this step.
  • STEP 3: Choose the program you wish to register your child for - be sure to check the grade level listed within the program name.
  • STEP 4: Enter the PLAYER information!  You can register multiple players when registering, one child at a time, in same session.
  • STEP 5: Provide Additional Information -Donation Interest, Sponsorship Interest.
  • STEP 6: Choose volunteer options - Coach, Assistant Coach, etc. if you added an additional parent/guardian, you can choose their interest in being a volunteer as well.
  • STEP 7: Choose payment preference: Visa or MC.  Please remember that Oasys Sports will appear on your credit card statement.
  • STEP 8: Confirm the information and choices you have made. Check to make sure ALL players were actually registered and amount is correct.
  • STEP 9: Receive your email receipt as confirmation that this player registration is complete. You can choose to print a copy or wait for a version sent automatically via email.

EXISTING USER:  Note: you can edit your information for each player.

  • STEP 1: Login to your account (use the Forgot User Name and/or Password link if you don't recall your login information - the system will automatically send two emails - one with your User Name, the other with your Password).
  • STEP 2: Choose the green Register "Player Name" for a Sport/Program button if the player is already on the system.  If not, click Add a Player.
  • REMAINING STEPS: Follow the remaining prompts to choose your program and specify your preferences!

SPECIAL REQUESTS/INFORMATION: During the registration process, you will have an opportunity to request specific practice day/days and/or up to two buddies.  If you have a special situation or important information specific to your child that will help us in placement or uniform size, please email us directly at charlottejrsoccer@gmail.com.  We will work with you to make sure your child is in the right division and team for his/her age and abilities and needs. 

REGISTRATION DATES: FALL 2021 registrations will be accepted from JUNE 1 through AUGUST 1 for a fee of $160. Applications received after AUG 1 will be placed on teams if spaces are available and be charged a $10 late fee (total fee $170). If your child cannot be placed on a team or is withdrawn prior to the official start of the season, CJ will issue a full refund. Other refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.
